We Finally got our Name put on!!....the first guy we used was Terrible and we sent it back....Then we found a local person in Lafayette and they did it just like we wanted....Gold leaf...That baby sparkles in the sun

Our initials are MTM, incase you're wondering.

We also had our props Balanced and Tuned, while it was hauled for some warranty work on the Shaft seal.....Stupid me thought, "What a great time to buff it and put some of that fancy Polymer sealant on....You just wipe it on and walk away, looks like water, but you need a Clean Hull...suppose to last a year and Everything just wipes off of it, like black streaks and such.......

Well....30 Freaking hours later it was Done...Geezus, thats a lot of surface area and I picked the Hottest weekend of the year to do it.....Its my punishment, incase I every want a Bigger boat, I'll remember this.

You can notice all the Curves under the deck along with the Center nacelle...it really helps to break up a head sea and cut down on any pounding.

very nice-if you don't mind who did you use??

Lovely boat , and you've even got a bulbous bow! Really looks sleek, l really like the look of that design.

What engines do you have, and what's your cruise?

Please post some interior photos....

Per another Catamaran thread, how accessible are your engines for routine servicing and belt inspections?

Looks great, MT. The logo and lettering work is befitting of the vessel. Glad you didn't compromise on a single detail!

Looks fantastic Mark! Did you splash MTM back yet?

Here is a Video tour of our boat that they filmed at boat show

Engines are real easy to access...I linked a video tour that shows them pretty good. You can walk around most of the engine, certainly access everything easy compared to other Cats Volvo 225 diesel

Fuel burn at 9 mph is 4.5 gph ... At 19 mph it burns 20 gph. At 7.5 mph it burns 2.8 gph.

We used All Star Graphics. In Lafayette, La. Nice people, they did a great job ... We installed it, since boat is in Pensacola

I've heard good things about that Ultima Paint Guard Plus. But I've not used it. Please let me/us know how it holds up.

Hi PJ,
Yes , we splashed it about month and a half ago....in Pcola, probably going to boat this Friday. Yall been out any?

Gonna mess around in the lake this weekend...They have a big party that Tipitina's is hosting all weekend at Southshore Harbor. Lots of people and music till 11:00pm both nights. It will not be a tranquil weekend!

MTMilam, how did the Paint Guard Plus hold up? I've used it on my cars the last 3 years and it's amazing. Ridiculously easy to apply, and lasts and lasts. Curious as to how it held up on your catamaran.

Thanks,
Mike

BEAUTIFUL! Boat and all! Would LOVE to see some interior pics.

Its holding up real good....the side hulls lasted a year, it did loose some water beading, but no stains got on hull, just did light buff and reapplied at haul out. The flat surfaces on cabin top lasts about 6 to 7 months and should be touched up by Wiping UPGP on ...so easy to do, takes 45 min. to whole boat. I may even touch up after washes about once a month....
Wax just doesn't last at all

That's great to hear. I assumed it would hold up much better than wax but wasn't sure. Thanks for the update!
