Part for Ford Lehman sp225

I am looking for the “split flow return” (part# 1A413) for a Ford Lehman sp225. It is a manifold that mounts on the back of the engine joining four cooling lines and the block. I have checked with American Diesel and BOMAC. The part is not available and no longer in production. Any suggestions as to a source or a fabricator that could make one?

Two possibilites. THere will be others of course.

HDI Marine, https://hdimarine.net/
MESA Marine. Marine Exhaust Systems of Alabama, Inc.
deAngelo Marine https://deangelomarine.com/

All do custom exhausts but also other fabrication. I know them only from here and Boatdiesel but have good reps.

You will have to contact them to find out if they can/will help and of course the cost.

Are there any yards in your area? They may know of good fabricators locally.

Try North Harbor Diesel in Everett, WA. They have both my old SP225's that I traded for a new PRM gear. Mike is the guy you want to talk to.

If you wind up needing something fabricated, Scott at National Marine Exhaust up in Marysville is about as good as they come.

Also, North Harbor is in Anacortes, think the Mike that was referred to would be at Harbor Marine in Everett, but maybe something has changed.

Found the part and it is in the mail. Mike at North Harbor in Everette is the man! He is sending me a thermostat housing as well. A sincere thanks to all of you for your help and advice. I hope I can return the favor someday. Mike

I'm glad to hear my motor donation to Harbor Marine is paying it forward!

Cheers!
