Marina Guide Reference Books

Does anyone have a reference for a book that lists the various marinas on the Loop? I'm especially interested in the northern route from Hudson River to Chicago. I'm trying to plan stops for groceries, pump outs, water and fuel, etc. Can I expect these to be readily available on a daily basis or are there points where I may go a day or 3 between stops?

The Waterway Guide - Great Lakes Version - is a great source.I ordered it from them directly a couple of months ago, a new 2018 version was just published. Using it for an upcoming trip to Lake Ontario. Also, once purchased, email updates are automatically sent. Enjoy! Dave
