first trawler

Hi all , will be having a survey and haul out on what I hope to be my first trawler
It is a 1996 grand banks 36' motor yacht with twin cummins 210 hp engines 3300 hours. I realize my question is rather late in the game but are there any glaring deficiencies I should be looking for? I am aware of possible fuel tank problems. And thanks for letting me into your world.
