I’m not much of a plumber. What brand of plastic connectors are used in plumbing of 2004 Mainship freshwater system? Are they available at hardware stores?

They are PEX tubing and fittings, available at any hardware store.

Not to disagree with David who is generally correct on everything technical, but they aren't pex. They are sea fit fittings. The hose is metric sized and won't work with hardware store fittings. I get them from an online place called Fresh Water Systems they have a good selection. West Marine also carries a small selection.

Thanks for the correction. I took a wild shot at it and was wrong. I had them on my Mainship 2003 Pilot 34 and they sure looked like PEX, but if I ever had to replace or modify them I am sure that the hardware store would have set me right.

I believe the red and blue piping is 15mm, with the appropriate sized metric fittings. Sea Tech is a popular brand.

I think I said Sea Fit, Sea Tech is correct. Sorry about that.

No problem Doug. I found what I was looking for pretty quick after I had an idea of what it was.
Again it’s a great group and thanks for the help.
