To PNW folks: Anyone know this boat?

Forgive my lack of introductions as I'm not yet a boat owner. I'm awaiting oil samples (Boat survey complete) on a 1987 CHB 42' Ponderosa Aft cabin (Sundeck) that was from the Seattle area and named "Limerick" with green canvas at the time (pre 2012). I'm looking for anyone that can enlighten me on this boat as the the current owner couldn't provide much info. Thank you in advance and if it's to be, we will formally introduce ourselves in the New Member section.

If that's a pic of the actual boat, you need to investigate why it's smoking so much. Even if just started, that's a LOT of smoke . . .

That was last week, sold in 2012 and transferred from Seattle to Long Beach, hence my ?
