Engine room access from the stern?

I have seen the larger crewed boats like that with berthing for them back there.

My needs would be less than 65 feet and no more than a 5 foot draft.

I'm not taking about a huge door but something that I can climb through into a stand up engine room.

Californian 34 has ER access via hatch in the cockpit

...plus the 2 hatches plus the forward ER door.

This is not quite what the OP was asking for, but take a look at a Helmsman 43, and maybe their 38' as well(?) for a while they came with a day-head just off the salon, and in the back of the head was a 3/4-size watertight engine room access door; it is a very nice way to gain access to the ER on a boat this size...

Our Ocean Alexander 42 has access through lazarette in cockpit. Also from salon and under the stairs leading down to forward cabin.
