The metal support frame for the anchor windlass on my 1981 Grand Banks 49 needs some refurb due to rust from a blocked weep hole. Galley Maid vertical windlass
The support frame is constructed of angle iron. I would like to remove the support frame to rework it but do not see a way to get it out. Boxed in by teak on top and fiberglass around sides.
Has anyone had this problem ? Thanks for any thoughts.
