Thought you Jefferson owners might find this interesting. The link below takes you to a webpage about the founding and development of Kentuckian Yachts.

https://marlagoboats.com/

Leon Shaw began his career in the boating industry by forming Kentuckiana Yacht Sales with partner & high school friend, Bill Brummett in downtown Jeffersonville. They were the US distributor for Chung Hwa and later formed a partnership with the Liu family of Hershine Marine. Together Liu and Shaw developed a line of new yachts to compete in the US market. The Jefferson 42 Sundeck was extremely popular when introduced in1985. They later began producing the Marlago boat line.

David Shaw, Leon's son, joined Jefferson Yachts full time as the designer/draftsman & commissioning of new Jefferson models arriving at the port. David represented Jefferson Yachts as NMMA compliance specialist to ensure each Jefferson was built to ABYC/NMMA standards. Jefferson was the first builder to import NMMA certified yachts.

What you may not know is that Marlago maintains a Jefferson and Marlago Owner's Group. You can join this group on their website. The website also indicates that David's son, Justin, is happy to talk to Jefferson owners and assist them with parts and information. I haven't tried but it might be useful.
