Anyone have service information on Technicold marine refrigeration condensing units (compressor/condenser unit) from probably the 1980's ? Seawater cooled, 115 volt, possible 230 volt option. Do not know the refrigerant type.

The label is not readable on the unit I have. It drives a refrigeration box with one cold plate and a freezer box with two cold plates.

System is in pieces at this time. Should there also be a control box and solenoid valve to cycle refrigerant between the refrigeration and freezer boxes ?

Thanks in advance for any information that can be provided.

Not familiar with your unit , but most setups plumb the freezer first and the cool refrigerant is then led to the reefer section to freeze it.No solenoid.

I do have a online manual that I can send you if you want. I am looking for a compressor unit myself.
