So a picture of the house and something historical to go on and one just to imagine a white hull. Note that there is very little blue surface directly outside of living areas. The rake and flare of the bow prevent direct sunlight other than early mornings and late evenings from hitting the quarters. The aft salon and galley areas are not directly against the blue with a walkaround seperating the house from the blue. Heat/color wise the forward deck color plays more of a role in temps inside than anything else and it is now very well insulated
