Friends, my health will no longer allow me to enjoy La Vita Dolce as I should, so we are selling her and moving ashore.
Details are on my web page, johnsboat.net.
She is a cruise ready boat, and lives karge for her length, 40' on deck, 38' waterline, 4' 6" draft, 14'6" beam, <15' air draft, 38,000 lbs.
She has twin Lehman 135 naturals, the Starboard just completely rebuilt, as was its' transmission. The port engine, with ~5,600 hours, has a newly reman head and injectors, a new damper plate, and 1 yr old heat exchanger, oil and trans coolers. Both alternators have been rebuilt.
As a long range cruiser, she carries 700 gal of diesel and 600 gal of water. 500+ gallons of stabilized diesel are aboard.
Docked at Titusville, Florida, she is ready for a cruise, a Loop, or to be a home on the water. Thanks, JohnS
