    Thank you for the info Shawn. Mine has a 20”x24” so it sounds like it must have been changed out at some point and too much pitch.
    We cruise at 1800-1850 and runs 8 to 8.5 knots as well. Still think these are best hull design ever! Thanks again and safe cruising!

    Hi guys. BeautifulMk1.
    I first season for me in an ‘84 here in Canada and just starting to enjoy it.
    I’m told mine may have a “heavy prop” as she smokes at high rpm...works fine at 1850.
    Do you know the prop size and pitch of yours? Ps engine is Perkins 6.354
