That should be Scho and Jo, after their loop they are now transitioning to van life. There is also Sasha and Jo on pivot who did the loop and do a nice job of documenting the experience. Also second MV Freedom.
After having sailboats all my life, I’m starting to look seriously at trawlers for long term living on board. Can you suggest some of your favourite YouTube trawler channels?
In Too Deep, Adventures of OLOH
I suggest you do a You Tube search for Great Loop channels. I have subscribed to a couple of dozen. They are highly addictive. I have learned a hell of a lot watching them. After having sailboats all my life, I’m starting to look seriously at trawlers for long term living on board. Looked down the dock after tying up at Roche Harbor today and there was Tangaroa in all her aluminum patina glory! “That’s Tangaroa!” I exclaimed to my uncomprehending wife. We wandered down and introduced ourselves to Blaine and Janis, who are just as nice as you would expect. I got a star-struck tour of the engine room where the improvisationally marinized Dodge Ram pickup truck engines live. They came down to crash the Tollycraft rally and scrawled “I Identify as a Tolly” in pink grease pen on the salon windows. Here we are mugging it up!The Tangaroa folks seem to be doing OK. Probably a success story for them, but maybe useful here to emphasize how much work might come with an old boat, an unused boat, an aluminum hull, teak decks, 32VDC systems, etc... Not for the faint of heart. Ditto maybe not for a checkbook owner.

They have a boatload of actual cruising videos, too; haven't had time to look at any of those...

Gus is young and therefore invincible…Gus seems to have the luck of the Irish. He must work, fixing stuff, about 200% faster than I can. His ICW trips mirror our routes, stopovers in the same places, etc. Some of his dolphin shots are pretty amazing. Drone shots are interesting, since that kind of view isn't usually available from a boat, underway. He's willing to walk all over the boat without PFD or tether, even the foredeck while underway in heavy seas; not setting a great example of "safety first."
As with many YouTube videos. amateur everything -- screenwriter, cameraman, sound engineer, lighting engineer, presenter, etc. -- can mean you see lots of his face (useful or not), dizzying camera swings, maybe or maybe not some meat on the bone...
I haven't yet gotten to one where he discloses economics. Doubt YouTube income would contribute all that much...
