Where to get professional hull analysis

I have been trying to find a place or person that is truly an expert in hull condition and repairs. I am aware there are some great people on forums as well as work in boat yards but many of those people merely have an opinion or explain how they have been doing something for years.

I am in the PNW. Is there any true experts in the area that can inspect hulls and other fiberglass issues?

Most boatyards have access to glass repair people they can recommend to give you a pro opinion. Is this to do with the blisters on your hull?
Have you considered getting work done in Canada, your dollar goes farther.
