If you can get a closer shot that would be helpful. I cant make out the words.

RS Components, a European company, similar to Radio Shack.

If I had to guess, it is a digital setpoint controller for some type of temperature device. Maybe a thermocouple or even thermostat.

Do you have three AC units on a 36?

A closer picture will help.
