Finally got my Vashon in the water this summer after a complete repower from the propeller nut to the crankshaft pulley. I replaced the Volvo that was in it with a Universal M25XPB, behind that is a PRM150 gear 2.82 to 1, new coupling, shaft, stuffing box, stern tube, bearing housing and 18x12 three blade propeller. This winter I hope to start on the cosmetics.
