Does anybody know why I get an oil leak on my 15 hp two stroke Yamaha, even after I unplug the fuel hose and run the engine dry? The oil seems to be coming from the union of the prop and the engine leg.

Lower unit leak?
If not, then probably residual oil from the exhaust that condensed and dripped out.

If it is coming out above the lower unit, there is no gasket there, you are probably using too much oil in the gas and it is slobbering inside and working out.

This kind of dribbling out of the lower unit is not uncommon and not normally indicative of a problem.

I've had a couple 2 strokes that did that. Messy but not a major problem.
