Twin Disc tranny

I have a Twin Disc 5050 Tranny in my 2001 Nordic Tug 32 mated to a Cummins 6BT 5.9M.. I want to add an oil pressure gauge to the tranny. My manual states that my tranny can accomadate an oil pressure gauge and a temp gauge but doesn't explain where on the tranny to install the sender. Any ideas?

I also have TD 5050 gears. I didn't want pressure guages at the helm but instead mounted on the transmissions themselves. As the manual indicates, there is a 1/4" port in the case for a guage. I assume that the same port could be used for a sender. If there's a shop in your area that services TD gears, they should be able to give you some guidance.

On my Twin Disc (MG5061A) the gauge sender is T’ed into one of the lines to the oil cooler.

Mine are T'd into the line to the oil cooler also. Seems to work
