Hi All--noticed this crack in a fiberglass "hump" aft of the stuffing box and apparently just forward of where the shaft enters the shaft log on my Sundowner 30--anyone know if this is a cause for concern? Also .wondering why the hump... also wondering what sort of setup this is. It appeard that the shaft is fed water via a water line? So would this be a version of a "dripless" box (i.e., sealed to the outside and cooled via a water line)?
