Stuffing Box

Thinking about converting my PSS dripless shaft to a RE Thomas self aligning shaft log. Would be interested if anyone has had any experience with this shaft log.

As far as I can tell, despite the fancy names, they are bronze stuffing boxes. They are very nice stuffing boxes and I would certainly prefer them over the Dripless systems.

I went with this for our boat, extremely happy with the product and service I received. They also made me a fiberglass shaft tube, ISB and stern cutless bearing.
