Hey everyone.. I have a 38ft john pugh steel mono. Love her. I recently snapped the bolts on my prop to gearbox assembly. I think they have put it back wrong and that's why she snapped the bolts. I'm wondering if anyone can help with pics or images of how the assembly should be..
She's a borg warner velvet drive cr.
Appreciate it

Looks like SERIOUS alignment issue. That could fatigue the bolts & probably fracture them.

The 2 flanges should be parallel to start. As far as this is out, id be looking real careful at the engine mounts for breakage. THEN align engine to shaft. The picture appeats it is out 2 planes, up/down & side to side. I, (even I )would have a pro look at it & the mounts. BAD JUJU.

So what about the stern gland?
