No fixed bridges, 15 Minutes to Jupiter Inlet, 45 minutes to Palm Beach Inlet, 75 Miles to Grand Bahama. Excellent hurricane hole. Located at private residence with marginal dock. Neighborhood does not allow living aboard, heavy maintenance, etc. In and out only (storage).

Great question. Since the primary motivation is to share with like minded people who seek long haul adventures cruising coastal areas, we're open to various arangements. As for max. vessel length, somewhat determined by captians skills, maneuverability. Generally around 40' or less is reasonable though tgere has been 45' + boats docked down canal. 30/20amp + water available. I reside in and have owned the property for many years. Frances, Jeane, Wilma, no problems here. Cheers!
