Sliding Sink Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the sliding sinks in old trawlers?

I have two of them on my ALbin. I don't believe either one has ever been used except in the fall to winterize.

With a big hammer??? Seriously, can you see the slides on the sides or the bottom? They may be similar to ones on the drawers in your kitchen at home. Then just figure out how they release.
