Does anyone have a source or option for screens for the standard 4 portholes on the MS350/390s
If you have a picture and dimension, might be able to get useful feedback from others. For example, I recently installed Newfound Metals portholes that came with round screens with a rubber gasket perimeter that is a simple snug fit into the window flange. Chance the diameter matches yours .
Of course, hopefully someone with direct MS knowledge would be best.

Buy some black flexible/rollable cutting mats.
Take a good screen and use it as a template
Cut out the frame of the screen from the mat twice (one for the front, one for the back)
using contact cement glue the two frame pieces with a piece of screen in between.
Cut excess screen
Trim to fit.
Once installed, store the good screen as a master template somewhere other than the window.
We've had the exact same bomar hatches in the last two boats and have been doing this for 16-17 years.
I love it! I knew someone would have a simple solution. Thanks. Do you just cut the mat for a tight fit so wind not blow the screen out?
Maybe tabs on the screen "frame" would make it a one person job? There are no tabs on that model Bomar. There is a grove in the frame. The flexible screen needs to be flexed to fit in. It is a two person process. One of the inside to act as resistance and one on the outside to push it in.
If you cut it exactly it should fit fine. However, we are not machines so the scissor work is not perfect. You usually need to do so fine tuning. Once it's in if it puckers or bulges, it has to come out and be tweaked.
I suggest storing the original because you don't want to make copies of copies of copies. Use the factory one as the template.
