Registration Service in MD

Hey kids, Just bought a tender out of state and want to hire a registration service in Maryland. That would be cheaper than a plane ride to do it myself.
This is not a slam dunk as there is a minor titleing challenge, which can be addressed with someone that has the moxie. (I have already done the legwork from afar)
So, I need a service willing to do a bit more than "just fill out the form & take my clams".

Have you talked to the state?

I purchased a new dinghy out of state 3 years ago. With Florida, after a phone conversation, I was able to download a form and mail them a complete package with check. Received registration and stickers back in less than 10 days. If you're including money most states (Florida anyway) are willing to figure out a way to make it work.
