Posting frequency

Apropos nothing I was reading a post the other day and was surprised to see the poster had joined the forum in 2007 and managed about 17 posts, then came across a relative newbie who had chalked up over 3,000 in a matter of a year or so.

I know some members like to read but not post so much and some seem to post but not read so much, too busy posting.

As I said apropos nothing but a slow day. At least I have another post to my score!

Isn't this forum the same as all others? Some comment when they have something to say, some comment on everything

Any sadly when someone does ask a question someone will chime in with "sorry I cannot help" which to me is such a sad waste of a post
Isn`t there a saying something like ... itsn`t it better to say nothing and let people think you are a fool than to open your mouth which will convince them that you are!
