Port of Everett 30' Covered Slip

Hello all. After five years, I am vacating my 30' covered slip in the South docks (SL043). It was been a good run, and during that time the Port Authority has made significant capital investments and improvements. The port has truly evolved into Everett's crown jewel with numerous new restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. I do not know if the port maintains an active waiting list, they may well have one. On the other hand, having knowledge of a vacancy starting 0/11/25 might give someone a virtual foot in the door. Cost has definitely witnessed a steady upward creep ... I was started at about $450/month and am now paying $700/month. If the cost is typical, or acceptable, I cannot say enough good things about the facilities and staff.

Correction: the Slip is vacant now, officially available 11/01/2025.

As of October, there were 12 vacant 30 foot covered slips available.
