Going out over Aransas bay....look how smooth(and brown) the water is.

Still in Aransas Bay.* Look how smoothe the water is.* This is 2 in the afternoon and it is at least 167 degress.* The heat was brutal.* Don't think we will do a boattrip in July again.

This is going into the Lydia Anne channel.* Notice the water color.....by far the prettiest salt water on the coast of Texas.* As hot as it was and as pretty as the water was, we had to pull over and jump in.* Also, Cyndi was a little bored and did not know how she survived other boat trips without the iPod....entertaining herself.

Sunrise over Matagorda Bay....We were just headed out of the Matagorda Jetties headed offshore.* There was quite a tide running....notice the wake around the marker....

Going home thru Chocolate Bay.....a few friendlies coming to check us out....
