We have been N of Parry Sound a bit but didn't get into 12 Mi Bay. You are in gorgeous cruising territory!

Welcome aboard! I am nearby on Lake Simcoe and recently did a complete refit and modernization of my 1982 Campion 310 trawler (very similar). I will be glad to point you to good local sources if you need it. Gary
