Need Buyer's broker in Tampa

Seller's broker is being a little cagey, and I am many miles away. Recommendations appreciated.

Curtis Stokes would be my choice depending on the vessel. If you are at the high end ($300-500k+) then I would recommend Zimmermans Yacht Purchase Service (u have to put some money up front but get it back net of their direct expenses as yard credit).
Both are highly reputable, and I have used both before with highly positive experiences (Curtis just last month).
