Matlock staiblizers

Does anyone in the forums have Matlock Stabilizers and happen to have an owner's manual. I have these stabilizers on the new boat and they have not worked for a very long time.
I am capable of figuring things out and going with new equivalent parts with or without a manual but, a manual might save me some time.

I managed to revive the Matlock air fin stabilizers after 38 years of no operation. They are still a bit stiff but operate just fine.
