Mr. sb. All the same it's going to be very interesting to find out what initiated the blaze and it's progression. Last I read, 1 injury-no comment on severity.

Just hope it returns as a boatyard not made into condos.
For those who don’t know the area that harbor is a U shaped open roadstead. Although toward the open end of buzzards bay it can get windy and rolly. Would see Brownell and chat frequently down in the Caribbean. He owns a boat transportation and storage company in that town. He and others did much to keep that waterfront active. Also Chris White who’s one of my favorite NAs lives there. The town has a long and distinguished maritime history. This is potentially a double tragedy. Loss of a yard and it’s boats. But also loss of the yard and conversion to other uses. If you’re a local please do what you can to ensure it returns as a yard.
