42 foot Hatteras in Pompano, I’m moving to the Keys, I am looking for a forever home.

I am very seriously considering manatee Bay club. I have not been able to find any reviews or any inside information, any of you have anything to share?

Everything I’ve found says it’s safe and quiet and a great place to keep your boat and to spend time on your boat. Anybody have any experience?

I have n direct experience except that I once hauled out at the yard next door. Except for US1 right out front it is off the beaten path (actually right on it, but not "near" anything) and should be quiet. There are no neighbors except the Boatyard / Seahunter Dearlership next door. 18 Miles North to Florida "City," (mainland) and about 10 miles South to "downtown" Key Largo. There is a shopping center with a Publix about 5 Miles South.
You're not going anywhere except in you car. Nearest watering hole is Gilberts just a couple miles South at Jewfish Creek.
Good protected water just outside in Manatee Bay and Card Sound, a ways to the Ocean but only a few miles to the ICW.

Make sure you check their depth in the channel coming in last I checked it was I thing about 4 ft.
