I need to pull a KVH cable down an already crowded chase and I know there is some sort clear lube that comes in a quart squirt bottle that you can squirt all over the cable and down the chase to ease the pulling of the new cable. I've can picture the bottle in my head, but I cannot remember the name of the stuff. I think it's some sort of liquid silicone.

Anyone know what it's called so I can Google it and buy it? My Google search using terms like lube, chase, cable is bringing less than desirable results. I'm sure one of you has a bottle and can read the label to me. ;)

Thanks.

Thanks. I used that on Amazon and found what I was looking for. I guess I needed the precise phrase. Previously, I was getting a lot of results for pulling underground utility cables, sold by the gallons.

I have the same stuff in a quart bottle. It does help.

in the industry we just call it KY

I have seen cable lube at Lowes and I assume it is at Home Depot as well.

Later,
Dan
