Leaks into kitchen and wc from below stairs outside.

Hello from the West of Ireland.
I bnought my Trader 3 years ago and its certainly the best thing I have done to improve the quality of my life in recent years was to buy this Trawler.
I have been working to restore my Trader but its been a long haul.
I am wondering if anyone can help me with a question.
I have had trouble with two leaks that keep poping up. One is in the kitchen port side and the other in the front wc starboard .
Both in same locations below the staircase outside.
I wonder the. bast way to approach a better repair if anyone could help me.

At the moment I am trying to find another Trader to buy and keep in the Mediterranean and to live on during the hard 'west of Ireland winters'
. I love the boat and the layout.
Where should I post my question do you think.

Welcome aboard. Can you be more specific as to what type of leaks, water system or leaks from rain. Also some photos of the area might help.

OK. Leaks from the outside stairs? Do you mean there is a step in the outside deck below which are the head and galley? IF this is the case, I suspect you're going to have to do some deck removal in those areas to get to the potential source of the leak. Can you remove some cabin lining on the inside to get a better look?
