HULL DECK AND SUPERSTRUCTURE
HULL TYPE: Full displacement hull with a whisker supported rudder.
MATERIAL: Cored FRP (fiber reinforced plastic)
EXTERIOR HULL: Painted white with a red boot top, shiny and in above average condition.
PORTLIGHTS: Nine (9) opening bronze portlights with screens.
BULKHEADS: Athwart ships reinforcement enhanced by plywood bulkheads bonded to the hull with FRP.
STRINGERS: Hull stiffness is enhanced by reinforced molded FRP longitudinal stringers and athwartships stiffeners.
TRANSOM: Molded cored FRP as part of the hull layup with a transom door.
CHAIN LOCKER: Chain locker is accessed from the forward cabin, drainage is to the forward bilge.
KEEL EXTERNAL: A full keel extends down approximately 36" aft and supports the stainless steel whisker which supports the rudder, will provide additional tracking and lateral stability.
BALLAST: 2,500 lbs of internal ballast according to the Power Boat Guide.
MOISTURE CONTENT: The topsides were checked just above the waterline and around all thru-hulls and no evidence of moisture intrusion was found.
OTHER: The topsides were observed around all thru-hulls with a Flir T300 Infrared camera, no evidence of moisture or delamination was observed.
WINDLASS/GYPSY: NEW 12v. Lofrans Tigress windlass with gypsy and a capstan. 275 3/8 chain 150 5/8 rope.
HAWSE PIPES: Three (3) chrome/bronze hawse pipes forward above the rode locker, good condition.
DECK SURFACE: Side decks and cockpit have teak overlay in above average condition, forward side decks and foredeck smooth surface are painted white with tan molded non-skid.
HATCHES: One (1) molded cored FRP hatch with teak overlay on the aft deck.
ANCHOR PLATFORM: Teak platform with two (2) bronze rollers.
DAVITS: Single arm 1,000 lb dinghy davit with 12v winch motor mounted on the boatdeck.
MOISTURE CONTENT/SOFT AREAS: The decks were checked with the moisture meter, there were a few areas on the forward side decks and foredeck, where indications of moisture were observed. R&R areas 2023-24.
SUPERSTRUCTURE
MATERIAL: Cabin house and deck are one unit, molded, cored, FRP.
DECK HATCHES: One (1) teak framed acrylic hatch above the ladder to the boatdeck, one (1) molded/cored FRP and one (1) teak framed acrylic hatches on the foredeck seat, all in serviceable condition.
WINDOWS/PORTS/DOORS: Fixed windows each side in the saloon and an opening bronze portlight in the galley, pilot house has four (4) fixed side windows, two (2) fixed and one (1) hinged windshield, and two (2) bronze portlights. Teak "Dutch" doors each side of the pilot house and double teak doors aft in the saloon.
FITTINGS AND HARDWARE: Stainless steel grab rails mounted at strategic places, well secured and serviceable.
JOINERY STRESS: Minimal gelcoat crazing observed.
MOISTURE CONTENT: The superstructure was checked with the moisture meter and no indications of moisture intrusion were observed. The superstructure was sounded with a phenolic hammer no soft areas or evidence of delamination were observed.
PILOT HOUSE ROOF: R&R 2023 46 holes in roof R&R damaged core install pads re-bed fabricate antenna array. R&R sign boards, fabricate w/fFRP.
BRIDGE BOAT DECK
MATERIAL: FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) molded flybridge.
TYPE: Flying bridge provides helm station and crew and guest seating areas with a large upper deck area aft. Perimeter forward glassed 2023.
SEATS: Flybridge has a pedestal helm chair and port and starboard bench seats, all with tan canvas covered cushions in above average condition
BIMINI: Tan canvas with stainless steel tubular support structure in average condition.
SAFETY RAIL SYSTEM: Stainless steel tubular and rail and stanchion system with a vinyl covered cable lower course both sides and aft on the flybridge, well secured and serviceable.
MOISTURE CONTENT: The flybridge was checked with the moisture meter and there were indications of moisture intrusion outboard both sides of the flybridge coamings and at several other places on the flybridge. 2024 R&R areas.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Raw water anchor wash down with a 12v. Shurflo pump and aft deck wash down with 12v Rule Tournament 1600gph pump, and a teak swim platform with stainless steel supports is damaged on the aft port corner. New larger composite swim platform on board 2022.
DINGHY/TENDERS: 2013 AB 10AL RIB with a bench seat and helm, HIN: XMO51072G213, appeared in above average condition, tubes were reportedly renewed in 2019 w/canvas cover.
CANVAS AND COVERS: Tan canvas covers for the upper station, the dinghy, and all main deck windows. There were also textilene mesh fabric covers for the pilot house and salon windows. Full cockpit mesh roll up enclosure. FENDERS: Five (5) inflatable tube fenders. (3) inflatable ball fenders.
DOCK LINES: Numerous dock lines of sufficient size and length. AUXILIARY MOTORS: 20 hp Honda 4-stroke, S/N: BAMJ-140777
STABILIZERS: Wesmar hydraulic stabilizers with a Vickers hydraulic pump running off the front of the main engine.
INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
JOINERY AND FINISH: The interior is a combination of teak/ply cabinetry and bulkheads with teak trim and some white gelcoat covered bulkheads, fit and finish is above average.
CABIN BRIGHT WORK: Satin varnish in good condition.
INTERIOR BULKHEADS: The interior bulkheads were well fit where sighted.
WATER INTRUSION SIGNS: No indications of active leaks observed.
STORAGE AREAS: The cabinets, lockers, drawers, and shelving were well crafted and finely fit where sighted.
HEADLINERS: Light colored molded FRP liners with teak battens, good condition.
DOORWAYS: Teak framed with vinyl covered plywood panels head and cabin doors in good condition.
FABRIC AND CUSHIONS: White/blue/green striped fabric upholstery on foam cushion, generally good condition.
FLOOR COVERINGS: Area rugs
ACCOMMODATIONS: Forward master cabin has an Island Queen berth forward with a dressing table aft to starboard, hanging lockers port and starboard, drawers under the Queen, 18” TV on bracket, followed aft to port by an enclosed head with stall shower. Continuing aft, to starboard is the guest cabin with an outboard pullman berth Continuing aft and up the steps, is the main saloon with the U-shaped galley forward to starboard followed aft by a settee. From the main saloon forward and up the steps is the pilothouse with the helm centerline forward, New helm and a convertible bench/captains berth athwartships aft.

CONDITION AND DEFICIENCIES: The overall house keeping for this vessel was above average. It reflects the care of conscientious owners, with pride in their vessel.
OTHER: Splendide 2100XC vented washer/Dryer, powered up.
GALLEY
SINKS: Double rectangular stainless steel sink set in the solid surface counter top appeared in good condition.
REFRIGERATION: 12v/120v, NovaKool, Model: R5812, S/N: 264038 Freezer and Model: 5810, S/N: 264039, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, both have stainless steel doors both functioned normally.
STOVE/OVEN: LPG fired Dickenson Mediterranean stainless steel three (3) burner stove with oven, all burners ignited.
MICROWAVE: 120v Kenmore microwave, Model: 721.69079901, powered up.

INDICATED HOURS: 4302.0 hrs on the meter, but seller's log indicates hour meter was replaced at 1,182 hrs, so total hours are 5484.2 hrs.
THROTTLE CONTROLS: Morse Red Jacket, mechanical lever/cable type.
ENGINE MOUNTS AND BED: Main engine beds are reinforced molded FRP longitudinal stringers inboard and outboard. In conjunction, steel brackets are bolted over the stringers and rubber dampened adjustable motor mounts are bolted to the brackets and used to adjust the engine alignment as well as secure it to the vessel, appeared serviceable.
VENTILATION: Natural and operational power blower.
EXHAUST SYSTEM: Raw water cooled with flexible exhaust hoses double clamped to an FRP water lift type muffler, good condition where observed.
LUBE TRANSFER: Lubrication transfer system by Reverso. Engine and genset remove and add.
INSULATION: Sound/heat insulation was observed in the engine space.
ENGINE ALARMS: Audible alarms and analog gauges, appear serviceable.
ENGINE SHUT DOWN: Push button activated solenoid type, operational.
CONDITION AND DEFICIENCIES: Engine and engine space are well kept.
COOLING SYSTEM
TYPE: Closed reservoir type cooling with raw water cooled exhaust.
COOLANT LEVEL: Normal level observed.
HOSES AND CLAMPS: Reinforced rubber hoses with stainless steel clamps.
SEACOCKS AND STRAINERS: Bronze seacock with a bronze sight glass type strainer.

NUMBER OF TANKS: Two (2) metal fuel tanks located outboard port and starboard in the engine room, 350 gallons each.
FILL PIPE LOCATIONS: Port and starboard side decks, clearly marked DIESEL.
FILL PIPE MATERIAL: approved hose.
HOSE CONNECTIONS, CLAMPS: Double clamped the tanks, fill connections.
FUEL LINES AND FITTINGS: Both supply and return are copper lines with copper alloy fittings appeared serviceable with USCG approved J1527 flexible hoses with stainless steel clamps at the FloScan appeared in good condition.
FUEL MANIFOLD VALVES: Ball valves located forward of each fuel tank, operable.
VENT LOCATION: Port and starboard topsides, flame screens were sighted.
SHUT-OFF VALVE: In the manifold system and at the tanks.
FUEL FILTERS: Both remote mounted dual Racor fuel/water separator type plumbed in parallel and engine mounted dual Dahl canister type. Sight gauges on the fuel tanks.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (D.C. SYSTEM)
VOLTAGE: 12v.
BATTERIES: Twelve (12) LifeLine 6v AGM batteries in two (2) boxes in the engine room, two (2) LifeLine 6v AGM batteries under the forward cabin berth for the bow thruster, all in approved installations.
BANKS: Four (4) banks
MAIN BATTERY SWITCHES: Rotary type.
PANEL: In the main saloon at the base of the stairs to the pilothouse and in the pilot house.
BREAKERS/FUSES: Main saloon has eighteen (18) breakers, pilothouse panel has twenty-two (22) breakers in the panel and twelve (12) fuses inside the helm console.

AC SOURCE SELECTOR SWITCH: Manual plastic rotary type in the main electrical panel.
MAIN BREAKER: In the main electrical panel.
BRANCH BREAKERS: Six (6) plus six (6) branch breakers
CIRCUIT LOAD MONITORS: Analog volt and amp meters. Reverse Polarity unit in engine room forward bulkhead electrical bay.

LOCATION & VENTILATION: Forward to starboard in the engine room, ventilation appeared adequate

OTHER: The inverter produced 120v. power and the polarity was correct. The generator started easily and performed satisfactorily.
FRESH WATER SYSTEM

STORAGE TANKS: Two (2) 180 gallon molded FRP integral fresh water storage tanks, reported total capacity three-hundred sixty (360) gallons.
LOCATION: In the bilge beneath the amidships head and amidships cabin.
INSPECTION/CLEANING ACCESS: Top of the tank
FILL PIPE LOCATION: Port and starboard side decks, clearly marked WATER.
SECOND: 40 gallon drinking water tank located stbd aft engine room has a separate pump and filter system.
ACCUMULATOR TANK: One (1) gallon accumulator tank.
PUMPS: Dual pump Jabsco 12v on demand water pump functioned normally
HOSES AND CLAMPS: Copper tubing and flexible hoses, stainless steel clamps, appeared serviceable where observed.

TYPE: 120v Reverse Osmosis
MANUFACTURER: Sea Recovery.
RATING AND CAPACITY: 20 gallons per hour reported.
INSTALLATION: Appeared serviceable. R&R routing os plumbing 2022.
SEACOCKS AND THRU-HULLS: Bronze seacock in good condition.
MANUFACTURER: 12v Planus toilet functioned normally.
M.S.D TYPE USCG SYSTEM: USCG approved Type III, molded FRP holding tank, reported capacity forty (40) gallons.
RAW WATER SUPPLY AND CLAMPS: Fresh water from the ships supply.
DISCHARGE HOSES AND CLAMPS: Hoses and clamps appear in good condition.
PUMP-OUT LOCATION: Port side deck clearly marked WASTE.
SYSTEM INSTALLATION: Waste goes directly to the holding tank, tank can be emptied through the deck fitting or pumped overboard. Pump replaced.
SANITATION (GREY WATER)
BASINS, SHOWERS, HOSES AND CLAMPS: The basins drain to topsides thru-hulls in the immediate vicinity of each particular basin, the shower drains to a plastic sump and is pumped overboard by a 12v. bilge pump with an automatic float switch, functioned.
STEERING SYSTEM
TYPE: Hydraulic steering with a stainless steel/Teak wheel at the lower station and a stainless steel destroyer wheel at the upper station.

LOCATIONS: Pilot house and flybridge.
LINES AND FITTINGS: Copper tubing with rubber hydraulic hoses with compressed metal fittings at the actuator, appeared serviceable where observed.
ACTUATOR CYLINDER: Appeared in good condition, no leakage observed.
MOUNTING: Cylinder/ram actuator was well secured.
RUDDER STOCK: 1 1/4" stainless steel, appeared in good condition where observed.
RUDDER POSITION INDICATOR: VDO electro-mechanical type and on the autopilot display heads.
UPPER RUDDER BEARING SUPPORT: Well mounted in an FRP'd wood shelf.
PACKING GLAND: Bronze hex nut type packing gland. Appeared serviceable. Monitor frequently.
EMERGENCY TILLER: Yes, tiller arm was sighted in the lazarrette.
GROUND TACKLE
ANCHORS: A 55 lb Mantus and a 44 lb Lewmar claw anchor, both with to 3/8" chain rode on the anchor platform, in serviceable condition there is also a spare Fortress FX-16 in the lazarrette with 40’ 5/16" chain 250’ rode.
WINDLASS: 12v. Lofran Tigress windlass with a chain/rope gypsy and capstan/remote new 2003, Up/Down controls on the foredeck and in the pilot house and remote doggle, functioned from all locations.
ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT New PH Helm 2024 extensive re-wire.
VHF: Standard Horizon GPX2400/ais and a Standard Horizon Intrepid, both powered up, transmitted and received n/2022.
RADAR/CHART PLOTTER: A Garmin GPSmap 4208, S/N:153014411 on the flybridge, a Garmin GPSmap 7212, S/N: 1TZ006873, all multi-function displays with a 24 mile radar range. All on Garmin network and powered up.
AUTOHELM: Simrad hydraulic autopilot with a Simrad AP28 control in the pilot house and an AP24 control on the flybridge, both controls powered up. Vesper Marine, WatchMate Vision AIS w/new antenna 2023, powered up and displayed targets. 2K wireless router n/2022. Cell extender system and WiFi extender system.

BELOW WATERLINE MACHINERY
PROPELLER(S): Four (4) bladed bronze propeller, estimated diameter 29" in serviceable condition, there is also a spare three (3) bladed bronze propeller stored under the forward stateroom berth.
PROPELLER SHAFT: 2" stainless steel, appeared in good condition where observed.
SHAFT BEARING (CUTTLESS BEARING): Cutless bearing showed no signs of sloppiness or end play.
RUDDER(S) MATERIAL: 26" x 37" stainless steel rudder, in good condition where observed.
RUDDER(S) MOUNTING: Rudder sets in a gudgeon in the whisker, no abnormal looseness observed.
THRUSTERS: 12v Wesmar bow thruster appeared serviceable.
THRU-HULLS: Bronze thru-hulls appeared in good condition where observed.
TRANSDUCERSepth transducers and speed impeller appeared in good condition.
STRAINERS/SCOOPS/SCREENS: One (1) slotted scoop type and one (1) round perforated type bronze strainers appeared serviceable where observed. There is also a bronze screen type t=strainer but the screen is broken, no action recommended as the is an internal bronze sight glass strainer as well.
ZINCS: Propeller shaft and rudder zincs in serviceable condition.
BLISTERS: Two (2) blisters on the starboard bottom and two (2) blisters on the starboard side of the keel, no action recommended.
CONDITION OF BOTTOM PAINT: Bottom paint in serviceable condition. Diver service monthly,
OTHER: The underwater surface was sounded with a phenolic hammer and no evidence of voids or
delamination was observed.
NOTE: This vessel was inspected while hanging in the straps of a travel lift, areas under the straps could not be
observed.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT (AIR CONDITIONING)
TYPE: Unitized self contained reverse cycle type.
MANUFACTURER: 11,000 BTU MarinAire and a new 9/2024 16,000 BTU VelAir i16 VSD SMART.
LOCATION: Inside the lower helm console 11k and inside the pilothouse bench seat 16k.
HOSES, CLAMPS AND CONNECTORS: Appear to be adequately sized and serviceable for the application.
RAW WATER COOLING PUMP: 120 volt electric pump system 950gpmis equipped with a bronze seacock and a bronze sight glass type sea strainer, appears serviceable.
DRIP TRAYS: Yes, one for each unit. Appear serviceable.
NOTE: The air conditioners both blow Cold & Heat.
LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS SYSTEM (LPG)
TYPE: LPG, two (2) composite tanks mounted in a dedicated locker starboard outboard on the flybridge
MOUNTING: Tanks are well secured.
REGULATOR: Appeared serviceable.

DECK SURFACE: Side decks and cockpit have teak overlay in above average condition, forward side decks and foredeck smooth surface are painted white with tan molded non-skid.
HATCHES: One (1) molded cored FRP hatch with teak overlay on the aft deck.
ANCHOR PLATFORM: Teak platform with two (2) bronze rollers.
DAVITS: Single arm 1,000 lb dinghy davit with 12v winch motor mounted on the boatdeck.
MOISTURE CONTENT/SOFT AREAS: The decks were checked with the moisture meter, there were a few areas on the forward side decks and foredeck, where indications of moisture were observed. R&R areas 2023-24.
SUPERSTRUCTURE
MATERIAL: Cabin house and deck are one unit, molded, cored, FRP.
DECK HATCHES: One (1) teak framed acrylic hatch above the ladder to the boatdeck, one (1) molded/cored FRP and one (1) teak framed acrylic hatches on the foredeck seat, all in serviceable condition.
WINDOWS/PORTS/DOORS: Fixed windows each side in the saloon and an opening bronze portlight in the galley, pilot house has four (4) fixed side windows, two (2) fixed and one (1) hinged windshield, and two (2) bronze portlights. Teak "Dutch" doors each side of the pilot house and double teak doors aft in the saloon.
FITTINGS AND HARDWARE: Stainless steel grab rails mounted at strategic places, well secured and serviceable.
JOINERY STRESS: Minimal gelcoat crazing observed.
MOISTURE CONTENT: The superstructure was checked with the moisture meter and no indications of moisture intrusion were observed. The superstructure was sounded with a phenolic hammer no soft areas or evidence of delamination were observed.
PILOT HOUSE ROOF: R&R 2023 46 holes in roof R&R damaged core install pads re-bed fabricate antenna array. R&R sign boards, fabricate w/fFRP.
BRIDGE BOAT DECK
MATERIAL: FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) molded flybridge.
TYPE: Flying bridge provides helm station and crew and guest seating areas with a large upper deck area aft. Perimeter forward glassed 2023.
SEATS: Flybridge has a pedestal helm chair and port and starboard bench seats, all with tan canvas covered cushions in above average condition
BIMINI: Tan canvas with stainless steel tubular support structure in average condition.
SAFETY RAIL SYSTEM: Stainless steel tubular and rail and stanchion system with a vinyl covered cable lower course both sides and aft on the flybridge, well secured and serviceable.
MOISTURE CONTENT: The flybridge was checked with the moisture meter and there were indications of moisture intrusion outboard both sides of the flybridge coamings and at several other places on the flybridge. 2024 R&R areas.

NOTE: This vessel was inspected while hanging in the straps of a travel lift, areas under the straps could not be
observed.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT (AIR CONDITIONING)
TYPE: Unitized self contained reverse cycle type.
MANUFACTURER: 11,000 BTU MarinAire and a new 9/2024 16,000 BTU VelAir i16 VSD SMART.
LOCATION: Inside the lower helm console 11k and inside the pilothouse bench seat 16k.
HOSES, CLAMPS AND CONNECTORS: Appear to be adequately sized and serviceable for the application.
RAW WATER COOLING PUMP: 120 volt electric pump system 950gpmis equipped with a bronze seacock and a bronze sight glass type sea strainer, appears serviceable.
DRIP TRAYS: Yes, one for each unit. Appear serviceable.
NOTE: The air conditioners both blow Cold & Heat.
LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS SYSTEM (LPG)
TYPE: LPG, two (2) composite tanks mounted in a dedicated locker starboard outboard on the flybridge
MOUNTING: Tanks are well secured.
REGULATOR: Appeared serviceable.
PRESSURE GAUGE: Yes, used to test for leaks. Pressurize the system, then turn off the gas at the tank and the appliance, watch the gauge, if the pressure drops within 10 minutes, the system is leaking.
VENTILATION: Appeared adequate.
SHUT-OFFS: At the tank and a solenoid shut off with a switch near the galley, functioned.
LINES AND FITTINGS: Rubber LPG hoses with compressed metal fittings.
NOTE: The LPG system passed the leak test.
TRIAL RUN
OBSERVATIONS:
The engine started easily without excessive cranking.
The engine exhaust appeared normal.
The cooling water exhaust appeared adequate and normal.
The engine instruments operate within normal operating limits at idle, cruising speed, and maximum throttle.
Manufacturer's recommended max RPM is 2500, engine reached2550rpm at full throttle on the vessels tach.
The steering system operated normally from both stations.
The throttle operated normally from both stations.
The transmission operated normally/smoothly.
The back down test was satisfactory.
There were no excessive vibrations noted.
There were no oil or coolant leaks observed. (On main engine or in exhaust water)
The Wesmar stabilizers appeared to function, minimal sea state.
The autopilot functioned normally.
