Isotherm/webasto water cooled compressor - always running?

We have a Isotherm/Webasto Compact Magnum compressor for our freezer. A really nice, compact simple system. It is seawater cooled. We have noticed that it basically dribbles water out (I.e. pumps some sea water) pretty much continuously - more when first turned on, but even after at temperature (-10) it is still ‘dribbling’ - anyone know if that’s how these things work?

Don't know about this specific unit but I see that nobody has answered in 2 weeks. Suggest you post to cruisers forum where a couple of refrigeration gurus are constantly lurking.
