Trawler Forum Classified Posting Guidelines
- We expect ads placed to be related to the topic of this forum.

Be aware that there are unscrupulous folks out there. Avoid any interaction that seems odd to you or �feels� wrong. Inquiries from unknown buyers, buyers �agents� and other non-traditional approaches should be treated with extreme caution.
Beware of unsolicited contacts offering to put you in touch with someone else who is buying or selling via e-mail or text.
Do not post your e-mail address or phone number in a classifieds ad.
Hints that you may be dealing with a Scammer:
- Seller or Buyer approaches you via a direct email or PM and then steers you to an off-site communication method (text or email).
- No posts or very few forum posts.
- Recent forum membership
- Insists on conducting negotiations via email or text rather than PM
- Requires payment via Bank Transfer, BitCoin/CryptoCurrency, WesternUnion or other unsecured method.
- Buyer or Seller suggests Paypal "Friends and Family" payment. Paypal is a good way to arrange payment but an invoice for goods and services should be used rather than "Friends and Family". "Friends and Family" avoids fees BUT there is no recourse if the transaction runs aground. Friends and Family is for gifts only. There is no protection for Friends and Family transactions, so never ever use it to buy something.
- Declines to allow viewing the item before proceeding with the transaction.

Our Mary Jo, a modified A27 will be listed for sale soon - we are currently cruising back to Ft Pierce, Florida, where she will be turned over to a broker. No aft cabin, but has the full enclosure / extended hardtop. She is Bahamas / Great Loop ready. There is a similar one that just got posted on the Facebook Group page as well, if you like our layout and prefer an almost new boat. Otherwise, suggest posting on the Albin Owners Group as well for typical A27s. Albins are wonderful boats!

Thanks for the info and suggestion to join the Facebook group. Your boat is beautiful. We're looking for sleeping for 2 adults and 2 children for weekend cruising from our dock in North Carolina. And extended trips in the winter. I'd b curious to know what the interior layout looks like on this modification. Thank you.

It is a very different boat than most A27s, but it can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids, depending on your needs. Ours doesn’t give you the two cabins, but we use the two 6ft couches in the salon to sleep on, especially when at anchor, to be closer to nature. It does, however, give you a huge living area that can be fully enclosed with AC and heat. When it’s buggy out, like tonite, we are totally protected with our home made bug screens! I found a couple of old pics before we upgraded the salon cushions so you can see the layout. The other A27 for sale posted on the Albin 25 & 27 Facebook Group page has more pictures as well
If you have little kids and prefer the two cabins, an Albin is worth the wait. You’ll have a lot of fun family adventures!
