How to make thin, pliable screens to fit my 4 tiny fwd. sliding port lights on 81' 38' Californian

The ones that came with vessel are broken. They are super thin plastic cut to a rectangular shape with the screen glued onto one side. Seems that you have to slip it into the window frame by bending the shape a little until it makes it into the surrounding frame, which it then shares with the sliding plastic window, thus the need for pliability AND strength AND thinness. Anyone tackle this one? Thanks!
