Gig Harbor Marina boat fire 7/15/2022

I believe that this occurred at Peninsula Yacht Basin, Gig Harbor but haven't been down to have a look yet. Also heard that the large boat involved appears to be a Princess of around 80' possibly named Pegasus.

Surprising they go the fire under control so quickly. Good work by the fire fighters.

It’s up and on a barge next to a big crane today. Should’ve taken a picture. The 65 ish ocean alex next to it — the one with “minor damage” in some news accounts— looks pretty major to me. Charred fiberglass, blown out windows melted enclosure, I’m sure lots of smoke and water damage.
