I built this fuel polishing system for my last boat about a year ago. All components are brand new. One of the fittings had a slight drip when we were in the process of selling the boat. My broker advised me to pull it out as he said it would raise more question that added value. Our new boat is in Portugal and has its own fuel polishing system with redundancy, so I’m inclined not to dismantled, remove fuel, pack and put in a suitcase. In other words, my wife will not let me ; )
Here are the components:
RCI Centrifuge
RCI Fuel-water alarm
Racor type fuel/water separator with Racor Filter
Marco UP3 Fuel pump - $250
All components come with the system, including fused switch, wiring, fuel lines and mounting board. Come as seen in picture all mounted up. I am very prould of this build. I made my wife look at it several times and compliment me. $850. That's about half the price of the materials. We live in Baltimore.
