I have a 2006 34T with a force 10 oven- 2 burner stove top. The oven doesn't get hot, so I cleaned and blew out the burner which made the flame better, but still no real heat. So looks like I need to replace the thermocouple and maybe the thermostat. To do that I need to get access to the back of the unit. Therin is the problem. I cannot figure out how they mounted the unit in the cabinet. Can't find any screws or bolts anywhere but it is solidly installed. Has anyone ever removed one or figured out how to slide it out?

I have one of those too. If the top burners seem like they’re doing ok, if might be worth having a look at the orifice for the oven burner. I have had to ream mine out (on the top burners) when they aren’t putting out much flame.
I have not needed to do this with the oven yet. If you can see and access the orifice, you can use tip cleaners for oxy acetylene torches to clean it out.
As far as taking the whole thing out, I’m not sure. There’s a trim kit around it and might have the fasteners behind that. You can find manuals for the stove online, they might show how it fastens in. I’ve had the top off before to get to the broiler but I don’t remember how I did it. All the screws were visible though.

I think usually the fasteners go through the sidewall of the oven (near the front of the oven just inside the oven door) and into your structure. Though of course Mainship could have done something else.

I helped a friend install a Force 10 Range with the trim kit that you typically use on a powerboat (i.e. non-gimballed) and we still fastened the stove through the side of the oven into the structure of the counter.

My memory is a bit faded (this would have been a 2017-ish model), but I think we mounted the trim kit to the stove first, and then fastened the stove to the structure through that sidewall.

Okay, I just confirmed. Here is a diagram from Force 10. You first install the optional trim kit (stainless flange) to the range, and then you connect the range to your structure with the screws shown with the arrows here.
