Electric transmission shifter

My older boat shifts with floor mounted lever. It was suggested I install an electric solenoid shifter. I haven't a clue where to start looking for one. Who manufactures them, etc. Any suggestion on where to look would be welcomed.

I understand what you are trying to do and the concept is a servo moving the linkage controlled by a electronic shifter.
