Deck Replacement Marine Trader

I'm getting ready to remove my teak deck and fix a few soft spots with Marine Trader 34. Does anyone know the thickness of marine-grade plywood I'll need to replace what's on the boat now?

I have a 34' 1987 Taiwanese trawler. When I removed my teak decks and replaced the core, the original core was 5"x5" mahogany squares, 3 plys oriented perpendicular to each other. The thickness varies due to the sandwich construction, but most was 3/8" thick.

Years ago I helped a friend pull up the rotten deck on his TT. We also found that the wood was in layers and concluded that it was originally plywood and the soaking in water for all the years had gotten rid of the glue.

That's exactly what I found, the original glue was water soluble. I'm near Toronto, Canada, and the freeze thaw action blew apart any wet core. Some had delaminated when the glue washed out and the rest had turned to mush. The gaps between the 5x5 pieces varied up to 3/4 of an inch, making it harder to replace.
