Im looking at a Lien Hwa 31. The flybridge decks need to be replaced and are now teak. The core is soft. The windows have leaked also and the interior core needs opening up as well. Can anyone refer me to an information source,( book,person,web-site,etc) on the subject of "How to replace or fix these items. Im in the Seattle area( Everett) so a local boat yard might be handy. A layed off shipwright might be able to make a little cash as well. Thanks for reading. And ,or opinions.

I don't mean to be too forward here....but I would be hesitant if somebody gave me that boat. You are looking at potentially 30....40.....50k in expenses to get that thing repaired properly. Maybe I am way off but I don't think I am that far off. I do like those boat though!!!
