Can you identify these?

I found these critters on a piece of wood mounted in my bilge. Can someone identify them? They are tiny. The second pic is enlarged. There are little white worms crawling around also.

Maybe termites? A friend had them in his boat. They tented the boat and treated it like they do a house. I would have an exterminator check them ASAP because if they are termites then they eat around the clock.
