Camano Owners: Where Did They Hide The Windlass Solenoid

My Maxwell Freedom 500 windlass just stopped working. I measured less than 4v across the motor terminals. I hear the Solenoid clicking but I can't find it. I'm not even sure what it looks like. Any help finding it will be appreciated.
