I am a big fan of Monday.com for tracking boat projects (well any projects), it is very easy to use and keeps track of progress, timeline, resources, costs (actual vs budget), etc etc. So much easier than using spreadsheets or word/google docs. Etc. It's free for a single user or around $8.00 a month for added features. Anyhow, thought it might help those of us that need to keep track of the never-ending boat projects. (current list 143 tasks- I manage to knock off a few, but the list still keeps growing - so much for early retirement!).

i prefer not to know how much time or money i spent on my boat:)

A 5 x 8" lined note pad works well for me. Draw a line through it when done. Have gone to adding a sticky post it note for immediate attention items.

Now I just need to find more hours in the day to get it all done.

There may have been a time in the early ownership years of my boats when project tracking would have been helpful, but nowadays, my Excel maintenance list where I just enter the date and engine hours calculates tasks due for accomplishment - then I just do them.
