Hello to the Trawler Forum.
Are there any Atlantic members in our group.
If so I have a few questions as I am looking to buy one.

I've got an atlantic 44
With twin cummins
We love it
Solid boat

Thanks so much for the reply.
As noted I am looking at a 86 Atlantic 47.
Would like to know are the decks solid glass or some type of composite?
Also is your 44 a solid glass bottom ?
All the best
Rene

I believe that my hull above the waterline is airex cored , recently changed my foot switches out and the bow is 3 inches thick
Unsure of what's going on under the waterline
But recently went through some 10 ft seas for a couple hours
I was freaked
The boat didn't even shudder

Atlantic 47

Looking to chat with any present or past owners of a 47 Atlantic MY.
Thinking of buying a 1986 with V 6-71s with 2500 hours.
I just have some questions .
Thanks

Fire away
I'll answer what I can
We are very happy with our atlantic

yes Atlantic's are grouped in the Prairie Trawler group and later in Prairies history prairie boat works was bought out out by Atlantic. Welcome aboard

I see this is an old thread, but I own a 1984 Atlantic 47 with what I believe to be J&T twin turbo 6v71's which aren't common engines. My boat is a tri-cabin, 2-head design with no lower helm.
I'm looking for info on any drawings that would show the original hull design, electrical, etc., and was curious if anyone else had the same model as mine.
